I have found that the best diet is one that is easy to prepare, delicious, filling, healthy, satisfying and affordable. In the following videos you will learn about a particular plant-based diet that meets this
criteria. Called by many names, it was first published by Dr. John Mcdougall as "The Starch Solution" diet. Some just simply call it "the starch diet," while others refer to it as "the potato diet." I also recommend Dr. Joel Furhman's G-BOMBS (greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, blueberries, nuts and seeds). I encourage you to try a whole foods diet so that you can experience the good health God wants you to experience.
